Buying Local
When I first moved out of New York City I was worried that I would be stuck only shopping at a large grocery store chain. I was thrilled
when I discovered all the specialty shops the Hudson Valley area has to offer. Instead of having less opens then the city, I actually have
access to a wide variety of fresher ingredients and the best part, at a lower price.
It may be a little harder to find but they are still out there. As a cooking enthusiast I think it's our job to help spread the word and support
the Hudson Valley producers. I hope to do a little of that here.
